The first quarter of 2024 has witnessed numerous cleantech advancements, with more on the horizon.
Currently, France is close to finalizing its energy-climate strategy. Soon, we will also know more about the fate of the European Green Deal after the upcoming European elections this June. And finally, we can anticipate the enactment of the second green industry law and the introduction of a multi-year strategy for funding the ecological transition.
Several key international events are also coming up. The Cleantech calendar will include three COPs addressing climate, biodiversity, and desertification. Meanwhile, negotiations on the plastic treaty are ongoing, with hopes for a quick resolution.
